O que você irá fazer

  • The Digital Project Manager sets directions, difines workplan, resources and rituals following the digital methodology to implement use cases in an agile way.
  • The Digital Project Manager is instrumental to manage project stakeholders and influence towards the project success direction.
  • Responsabilities:- Use of business acumen and capacity to translate opportunities into quantified improvement potential- Put in place good interpersonal and negotiation skills- Coordinate a multi-functional team including data engineers, data scientists, UI/UX designers, SME´s as well as inputs of multiple end-user stakeholders- Drive digital mindset within the organization- Drive process improvement within the organization and SAP template- Develop expertise on key digital themes in the advanced analytics and process improvement accross different businesses and areas- Manage projects portfolio and productivity tracking- Lead diagnostics and perform Kaizen**Requirements**:- Bachelor´s Degree (Supply Chain, Economics or Engineering)- At least 10 years prior experience in commercial or operations processes- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills- Ability to lead change and deliver financial results- 5 years experience in project management (Waterfall & Agile)- Effective communication skills across all levels of the organizationTraining / Certifications- Business Translator Advanced- Data Scientist Fundamentals- Product Owner / Scrum Masetr certification- 6 sigma Green Belt (preferred)We are a global leader in taste, scent, and nutrition, offering our customers a broader range of natural solutions and accelerating our growth strategy.
