  • We seek a CRO Specialist with a strong background in e-commerce optimization to join our team and take ownership of improving conversion rates across digital platforms.
  • The ideal candidate will combine deep analytical expertise with a strategic mindset to boost performance and enhance the customer experience.
  • Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement CRO strategies to optimize website and landing page performance.
  • Analyze user behavior, conversion data, and customer journeys using tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, and other A/B testing platforms.
  • Work closely with design, product, and marketing teams to propose and execute testing hypotheses.
  • Monitor and report on key metrics to evaluate test results and guide future initiatives.
  • Optimize pages for SEO while improving conversion flows, especially in Shopify environments.
  • Identify growth opportunities through data and experimentation.
  • Must Have: 5+ years of experience in CRO or a similar digital optimization role.
  • Hands-on experience working with e-commerce platforms, particularly Shopify .
  • Deep understanding of SEO best practices and their influence on conversion.
  • Proficiency with analytics and behavior tracking tools (e.

  • Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
