  • Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Digital Operations Expert specializing in Azure IoT solutions with a DevOps Engineer skillset.
  • This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless operation and reliability of our Digital Emergency Services and the connected devices.
  • As a Digital Operations Expert, you will support maintaining our Azure-based Digital Emergency Services, monitoring the health of our system, ensuring quality & reliability, fostering cross-functional collaboration with multiple development workstreams, and guiding other countries in the operation of the digital emergency service.
  • What we expect: Oversee day-to-day operations of the E2E Digital Emergency Services, ensuring seamless performance and minimal downtime.
  • Monitor system performance, analytics, and key user feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Driving initiatives to increase quality & reliability across all workstreams from hardware to cloud teams.
  • Point of contact for L3/L4 support and support hands-on in troubleshooting, problem mitigation, and tracking of the resolution.
  • Support development of the cloud-based Digital Emergency Services by identifying potential issues and providing valid feedback to the development teams.
  • Drive and coordinate test automation of the overall product components unit testing and integration testing.
  • Support planning for performance, uptime, disaster recovery, and capacity growth.
  • Support rollout and device firmware management process and establishing quality gateways to ensure quality of the delivered components.
  • Who we are looking for: Target-group appropriate communication skills with business experts and product teams including developers, POs, testers, and designers.
  • Reliable problem-solving skills/debugging/data mining skills.
  • Experience with large, complex, and highly scalable systems.
  • Automated Testing (Unit, Integration, Functional).
  • Strong understanding of cloud security best practices and compliance standards.
  • Coding skills and experience with maintaining cloud applications is preferred.
  • Knowledge about continuous integration and delivery using Azure DevOps.
