  •  Who are you?We are seeking a IT Project Analyst to support key initiatives in VCE Latin America Sale Region within ourDigital & IT Dealer and Customer Experience team.
  • This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and adaptableprofessional with experience in technical project management, business analysis, and stakeholdercollaboration.
  • The ideal candidate will play a critical role in managing and supporting digital initiatives, coordinating betweeninternal stakeholders, regional teams, and external partners, while ensuring consistent project execution andalignment with strategic business goals.
  • What you will doKey Responsibilities:Support the execution of digital projects across Latin America, with a focus on dealer and customer-facingtechnologies.
  • Organize onboarding initiatives for integrating new services through APIs into dealers DMS systems,identifying key needs, and providing explanation and support throughout the development process.
  • Receive IT demands from business stakeholders, translate them into actionable documentation (e.

  • ,Business cases, business canvas, project briefs), and help drive them to completion.
  • Support solution onboarding documentation for new suppliers and external applicationsparticularly thoseidentified through the North Star review processincluding GDPR compliance, data privacy evaluations,architecture guidance, and contract security alignment with global standards.
  • Provide guidance on necessary tool or platform changes based on recommendations from the globalarchitecture team.
  • Act as a technical project coordinator, managing project timelines, deliverables, and progress updates usingAgile and/or Waterfall methodologies.
  • Collaborate with internal D⁢ teams, Digital Product Managers, and regional stakeholders to ensure clearcommunication and alignment throughout project lifecycles.
  • Facilitate effective onboarding and support for dealer networks and vendor partners, ensuring successfulintegration and adoption of technology solutions.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and identify opportunities to optimize processes and digitaltools in the region.
  • , Qualifications and ExperienceExperience in technical project management, with exposure to both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-pacedenvironment.
  • Familiarity with business analysis practices including requirements gathering, user story creation, andstakeholder interviews.
  • Experience working in or with Latin America markets, preferably in a tech, digital, or OEM/dealer-relatedenvironment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust across different functions, regions, and cultures.
  • Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills and a desire to contribute to team success.
