O que você irá fazer

  • This role requires a strong communicator who is more focused on the Ops side of DevOps.
  • Youll work closely with our DevOps engineers and clients to ensure tasks are aligned with client goals and workloads are efficiently managed.
  • Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary point of contact for client-facing communications, ensuring a confident and professional presence in meetings.
  • Manage and coordinate the workload of a talented team of DevOps engineers based in the Philippines.
  • Prioritize tasks to ensure the team is focused on the most impactful work aligned with client objectives.
  • Oversee the management of AWS infrastructure hosting hundreds of websites.
  • Manage GitHub repositories, CI/CD pipelines, and related operational processes.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to the DevOps team, leveraging your background in DevOps to foster best practices.
  • Qualifications: Strong background in DevOps with an emphasis on operational excellence.
  • Proven ability to confidently communicate with clients and articulate complex technical concepts.
  • Experience managing and coordinating distributed teams across multiple time zones.
  • Expertise in AWS infrastructure management, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems like GitHub.
  • A results-oriented mindset with the ability to keep teams aligned with client goals.
