O que você irá fazer

  • Join us as a Desktop Support Technician and play a key role in supporting end-users and ensuring seamless IT operations.
  • Job Summary: As a Desktop Support Technician, youll resolve technical issues and provide hands-on support to employees, ensuring they have the tools needed to succeed.
  • Key Responsibilities:Provide technical support for computers, mobile devices, and peripherals.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Manage Active Directory accounts, including setups and password resets.
  • Configure and deploy systems using SCCM.
  • Create and manage Group Policies (GPOs).
  • Perform routine system maintenance and updates.
  • Document solutions and create guides for common issues.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction by resolving concerns promptly.
  • Required Skills:Experience as a Desktop Support Technician or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft Office.
  • Proficiency in Active Directory, SCCM, and GPOs.
  • Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
  • Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Preferred Qualifications:IT certifications like CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 and cloud apps.
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes.
