  • Job Title : Desktop Laptop Management Support SME Experience 6-8 years in support Location: Sao Paulo, Brazil Fulltime Onsite only: Monday- Friday work from Sao Paulo office Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Desktop Management Support engineer to join our team in Bangalore The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing infrastructure operations and a deep understanding of the tools and technologies required to support these operations providing Level 2 support Key Responsibilities Manage and support desktop management operations ensuring high availability and performance Monitor and maintain infrastructure operations including servers networks and desktop environments Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to desktop management and associated infrastructure Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to implement and optimize desktop management solutions Develop and maintain documentation for infrastructure operations and support processes Provide training and support to endusers and other support teams Stay updated with the latest desktop management features updates and best practices Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field 68 years of experience in technical support with a focus on infrastructure operations Indepth knowledge of desktop management tools and technologies Strong understanding of networking server management and virtualization technologies Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong analytical and problemsolving skills Technical Skills Experience with desktop management tools eg Microsoft Endpoint Manager SCCM Intune Knowledge of operating systems eg Windows macOS Linux Proficiency in scripting and automation eg PowerShell Bash Experience with monitoring and logging tools eg Nagios Splunk Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices Familiarity with Active Directory and identity management Understanding of network protocols and services eg DNS DHCP TCPIP Experience with virtualization technologies eg VMware HyperV Knowledge of endpoint security practices and tools eg antivirus encryption Proficiency in managing and supporting desktop environments Experience with software deployment and patch management Familiarity with remote desktop support tools eg TeamViewer AnyDesk Understanding of hardware troubleshooting and repair Knowledge of cloudbased desktop management solutions eg Azure Virtual Desktop Preferred Qualifications Experience with other desktop management platforms and technologies Certifications in relevant technologies eg Microsoft CompTIA Experience with cloudbased infrastructure and services
