  • You will work closely with global teams, including developers, product managers, and stakeholders, to design intuitive and visually appealing digital products.
  • Your expertise will be essential in creating user-centered designs that enhance usability, accessibility, and engagement.
  • Key ResponsibilitiesDesign user interfaces and experiences for web and mobile applications that align with business goals and user needs.
  • Collaborate closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to refine design decisions.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
  • Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across products.
  • Work in real-time collaboration with distributed teams across different time zones.
  • Participate in daily huddles and sprint-based development cycles.
  • Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices.
  • QualificationsExperience :3-5 years of professional experience in UX / UI design.
  • Strong proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
  • Experience working with developers to implement UI designs effectively.
  • Understanding of responsive design principles and accessibility best practices.
  • Experience working in Agile environments with daily standups and sprint planning.
  • Previous experience working remotely with distributed teams is a plus.
  • Skills :Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team in real time.
  • Proactive mindset with a passion for delivering high-quality applications.
