  • Now, were looking for a Product Designer to join our team someone with solid UX/UI skills, confident wireframing abilities, and the curiosity to explore how design drives product quality.
  • This is a hybrid role based in Rio de Janeiro.
  • Youll work remotely most of the time, but we ask that you're available to join us in person 23 times per month at our Leblon/Ipanema location for collaborative sessions.
  • What Youll DoDesign intuitive web and mobile applications that meet clear business goalsDevelop user flows, low- and high-fidelity wireframes, and polished UI screensCollaborate closely with developers to ensure smooth handoffsMaintain and evolve design systems with consistency and qualityCommunicate effectively with internal teams and clientsThink critically, solve design problems independently, and stay curiousWhat Were Looking For35+ years of experience in digital product designStrong proficiency in Figma (including components, prototypes, and auto layout)Demonstrated experience building or maintaining design systemsExperience creating user flows and wireframes that guide product developmentPast work with startups or fast-paced teamsClear, professional communication with clients and stakeholdersComfortable working with North American clientsEnglish proficiency (certified B2 or above via TOEFL, Cambridge, EF, Duolingo, etc.
