  • As a Senior Software Engineer, you will also be responsible for scaling, improving, and operational excellence of our fully automated continuous localization solution.
  • Youll work with a highly skilled team of technical, data, and product-focused individuals, whose mission is to consistently find and deliver the best experience to our international customers.
  • You have strong software, data modeling, analytical skills, and a passion and empathy for our international users.
  • Everything we do is focused on customer experience, youll be responsible for making an awesome international user experience a reality.
  • **Responsibilities**:- Establish foundational localization workflows by crafting and sustaining a core automation framework.
  • Perform analysis of new features and products to ensure they are world-ready.
  • - Build innovative user experiences and services for international use cases.
  • - Evolve and maintain our architecture, including monitoring and alerting systems.
  • - Collaborate closely with a fast-growing team of business stakeholders and product leaders.
  • - Ensure a highly available and resilient system and foster a culture of excellence.
  • **Requirements**:- 5+ years of professional experience building and maintaining systems leveraging complex modeling and data at scale.
  • - Thrived in large engineering organizations working in cooperation and influencing other engineering teams.
  • - Excelled in cross-functional teams, working fluidly with Product Managers, Data Scientists, Mobile Engineers, and other highly skilled specialists.
  • - Experience launching products in international markets and solving associated problems.
  • - Experience building backend services, platforms, and tools to serve other developers.
  • - Exposure to iOS, Android, Web, and server internationalization best practices, libraries, and tools.
  • - Exposure to app localization processes, tools, and best practices.
  • - Recent hands-on experience coding and reviewing code, and designing and architecting systems and APIs.
  • - Excellent written and spoken communication skills and experience documenting and presenting to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • **Preferred Qualifications**:- Professional programming experience in mobile (iOS, Android) and back-end development (Scala, Java).
  • - Experience with AWS or Google Cloud Platform.
  • - Experience with a TMS, CLDR, ICU, or similar.
