O que você irá fazer

  • As an IT Delivery Manager at Cloud++, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the successful delivery of projects and/or Services, ensuring that our solutions meet the highest standards of quality, performance, and customer satisfaction.
  • You will work closely with our clients, sales team, and technical teams to deliver IT solutions and drive continuous improvement.
  • Responsibilities and assignmentsResponsibilities: Project Management: Lead and manage multiple projects or services from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
  • Client Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
  • Team Leadership: Coordinate and guide cross-functional teams, including developers, engineers, and analysts, to deliver high-quality cloud solutions.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain rigorous quality control processes to ensure the highest standards of service delivery.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive process improvements and innovations to enhance delivery efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Requirements and qualificationsRequirements: Experience: Proven experience in IT Delivery or similar role.
  • Education: Bachelors or Masters degree.
  • Safety requirement: Must be able to get a VOG (verklaring omtrent gedrag) from the Dutch government.
  • Skills: Strong project management skills with a track record of successful project delivery.
  • Excellent client management and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Good consultancy skills to understand customer needs and translate and document this.
  • Eye for details and good documentation skills.
