Detalhes da Vaga

Manage the deck crew and assign daily tasks based on operational requirements.
Ensure that lifting and rigging operations are carried out safely and in accordance with relevant procedures and standards.
Oversee inspection, maintenance, and certification of deck equipment such as cranes, winches, lifeboats, and lifting gear.
Act as Permit to Work (PTW) issuer and ensure all deck activities are properly authorized and risk-assessed.
Liaise closely with marine, production, and maintenance departments to ensure smooth operations.
Ensure compliance with international maritime regulations, class society requirements, and company HSE policies.
Participate in emergency drills and act as a member of the emergency response team as required.
Train and mentor junior deck crew to ensure competence and career development.
