  • Position Overview We are seeking a (highly) skilled Database Administrator with expertise in SQL Server and MySQL, and experience in DevOps practices on AWS.

  • Key Responsibilities Database Administration: Design, implement, and maintain SQL Server and MySQL databases to ensure high availability and performance.
  • Manage database backups, replication, recovery, and failover strategies.

  • Collaborate with development and data engineering teams to design and review database schemas and queries.

  • Manage version control and collaborate on DevOps workflows using Bitbucket.
  • Qualifications Technical Skills: Proven experience as a Database Administrator with SQL Server and MySQL in production environments.

  • Proficiency in DevOps practices, including CI/CD, automation, and containerization (Docker/ECS is a plus).
