In data enablement at PwC, you will focus on innovating and delivering digital services for a given enterprise resource planning (ERP) or area of the business.
You will have specialised knowledge of your given ERP or business area, coupled with broader skills in data extraction, acquisition, manipulation, visualisation and modelling, as well as IT controls, to support delivering services to clients (internal or external).
Focused on relationships, you are building meaningful client connections, and learning how to manage and inspire others.
Navigating increasingly complex situations, you are growing your personal brand, deepening technical expertise and awareness of your strengths.

Scope of the Role: As a Data Product Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our leadership dashboard suite and other data products.
You will work closely with the Support Lead to address and resolve user issues, manage access requests, and contribute to the overall enhancement of our support services.
Minimum Years Experience Required: +2 years of experience using SQL and Power BI Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

Knowledge of Information Security and Data Protection.
