O que você irá fazer

  • Contract Type: Independent Contractor (2 years - renewable) Fully Remote About the Role Ruvixx is a fast-growing SaaS company providing data-driven solutions for marketing, sales, and compliance.
  • We work with global leaders like Adobe, Trimble, and Siemens to protect intellectual property and combat piracy.
  • Were seeking a Case Investigator in Brazil to bridge the gap between data entry and investigative research.
  • This role involves gathering, analyzing, and validating data to support compliance and anti-piracy efforts.
  • You will work closely with engagement teams, building high-quality case reports that drive real business impact.
  • Responsibilities Research & Investigate Conduct open-source intelligence (OSINT) investigations to identify and verify targets.
  • Data Enrichment & Validation Review, clean, and enhance datasets using internal tools, databases, and external sources .
  • Case Documentation & Reporting Compile detailed reports with verified information, ensuring high accuracy.
  • Support Compliance Efforts Provide actionable data to engagement teams for outreach and negotiations.
  • Process Optimization Identify data inconsistencies, suggest improvements, and refine research methodologies .
  • Requirements English Proficiency Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
  • 1+ Year Experience Preferably in data entry, OSINT research, or compliance investigations .
  • Tech-Savvy Familiarity with databases, CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), and research tools .
  • Strong Analytical & Investigative Skills Ability to interpret and cross-reference multiple data points .
  • Attention to Detail Precision and accuracy in case documentation and data management.

  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently .
