  • Position Overview: Were seeking a hands-on, technically strong Data Engineer to build and optimize scalable data pipelines across a modern data stack.
  • Youll take ownership of pipeline architecture, manage data integrations across multiple sources, and ensure clean, reliable data is available for analytics and decision-making.
  • This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys solving problems independently, and wants to make a direct impact through automation and data integrity.
  • Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain scalable data pipelines from sources like Mindbody Online, FranConnect, Meta, Google, LeadsBridge, and FiveTran into Snowflake.
  • Transform, clean, and integrate raw data to support business intelligence efforts (primarily Tableau dashboards).
  • Design and optimize ETL workflows using tools like FiveTran and Snowflake.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity through validation and monitoring processes.
  • Model and structure data within Snowflake for reporting and analysis.
  • Troubleshoot and optimize pipeline performance to ensure reliability and scalability.
  • Support business users with data access and integration across tools.
  • Document pipelines and processes to support collaboration and onboarding.
  • Implement data security and access controls within Snowflake.
  • Stay proactive in adapting infrastructure to new data sources or evolving business needs.
  • Qualifications: Proficiency in SQL for data transformation, cleaning, and querying.
  • Experience working with Snowflake (or a similar cloud data warehouse).
  • Strong understanding of ETL concepts and tools (e.

  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.

  • Python experience for automation and scripting.
  • Solid understanding of data governance, quality, and security best practices.
  • Ability to work independently and problem-solve in ambiguous environments.
  • Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally with analysts and business teams.
  • Nice-to-Haves: Experience with Mindbody Online, FranConnect, or LeadsBridge.
  • Prior experience supporting health or wellness-focused companies.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
