Develop and improve capacity monitoring reports, ensuring timely, accurate, and visualized data to support business decisions.
Cross-Department Collaboration: Collaborate closely with other business teams to drive improvements in capacity and customer experience.
Strategy Support and Execution: Participate in the development and optimization of city management strategies, following up on execution results.
Job Requirements Data Analysis Skills: Solid data analysis and problem-solving abilities.
Experience with programming languages such as Python or R is a plus.
Operational Knowledge: Understand the operational processes of food delivery and demonstrate the ability to optimize them.
Previous experience in project management or city operations is preferred.
Communication and Collaboration Skills: Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to foster good relationships and drive progress in cross-functional teams.
Good command of English, with the ability to create reports and deliver presentations.
Learning and Adaptability: Willing to learn new knowledge and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Experience in capacity or customer experience data analysis is a plus.
