  • **THE OPPORTUNITY**:We are hiring a **CX Instructional Designer Specialist **to our **Customer Experience - Training **team in** Brazil**!This person will provide our frontline teams with the knowledge and skills they need to deliver world-class support.
  • **YOUR IMPACT**:- Responsible for large-scale curriculum mapping, outlining, design and development.
  • (Learning paths, Leadership and Soft Skills Programs); - Perform content gathering/research and audits; - Design sequence and scaffold a learning experience, including interface design, navigation, and UX copy; - Design standardized learning templates and assets, ensuring consistency in voice, style and brand across deliverables; - Design and Develop courses ensuring that the functionality is in line with adult learning principles, learning science, UI/UX and learner behavior in a corporate environment; - Produces clear, concise, and comprehensive learning materials, including storyboards, facilitator''s guide, videos, simulations, role plays, infographics and interactive eLearning courses (Level 2 and 3); - Build formative and summative assessments/quizzes; - Adjust learning content in response to feedback (reviews) and metrics; - Play an active role bycontributing to the growth and scale of the CX learning programs with innovative design; - Facilitate TTT;- Live the mission: inspire and empower others by genuinely caring for your own wellbeing and your colleagues.

  • **WHO YOU ARE**:- Previous relevant working experience in instructional design; - Skilled SCORM, HTML5, LMS features and Articulate 360; - Advanced English skills, Spanish as a plus.
  • - Excellent writing and oral communication skills (Portuguese and English); - A flair for writing (concise and structured); - Planning and organization skills.
  • Able to work independently under conditions of multiple deadlines and changing priorities; - Project Management;- Problem-Solving; - Creativity.
