  • Job Overview:We are seeking an exceptional Administrative and Customer Support Specialist to join their dynamic team.
  • This role requires a detail-oriented, highly organized individual with outstanding execution skills and a passion for delivering top-notch customer support.
  • As a key support to our operations, you will manage customer interactions, streamline processes, and contribute to the overall success of our organization.
  • Key Responsibilities:Customer Support and Ticketing:Manage and resolve customer inquiries via the GrooveHQ ticketing system.
  • Convert frequently asked questions and resolutions into HelpDesk articles to enhance self-service resources.
  • Administrative Tasks:Perform data entry, communications drafting, and general administrative duties.
  • Generate and distribute reports with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Assist in preparing for meetings, including creating agendas, tracking tasks, and following up on action items.
  • Process and Event Management:Develop and refine internal processes for operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate events, set up Zoom meetings, and update content on WordPress.
  • Qualifications:Bachelor''s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Demonstrable experience in similar roles with a track record of outstanding results.
  • Proficiency in business English, with exceptional writing and communication skills.
  • Strong skills in process management and organization.
  • Experience with customer support systems (e.

  • Familiarity with AI tools for productivity is preferred.
