  • About The Position We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our Sales team.
  • You will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and retention, from implementation to contract renewal and account expansion (upsell/cross-sell).
  • We value individuals who are entrepreneurial, resilient, and have a farmer's mindset, meaning they are always seeking to expand revenue and achieve exceptional results.
  • Additionally, the ability to handle customer objections and strategically convey technical knowledge is essential to succeed in this position.
  • Main challenges Developing account plans and executing strategies to increase customer relationships and revenue (upsell/cross-sell), being responsible for the entire sales cycle; Serving as a reference for customers, addressing their needs and concerns; Developing strategies to prevent churn and ensure customer renewal; Providing resources to help customers understand how to use the product more effectively; Transmitting customer feedback to the product and development teams to drive improvements and continuously improve the customer experience; Working closely with other teams to grow the account.
  • Requirements Proven experience in Customer Success, Customer Service, or Account Management (Farmer); Commercial experience and technical knowledge in areas such as Edge Computing, Cloud Computing, Hosting, and Security; Previous experience in IT Consulting, SaaS sales, and working in sectors like E-commerce, Finance, Technology, or related fields; Technical degree or bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field; Advanced English.
  • Desirable Qualifications Intermediate Spanish proficiency; Previous experience in a pre-sales role.
