  • Position Overview: The Client Success Manager is a full-time, client-facing role responsible for delivering a smooth onboarding experience, maintaining strong relationships, and driving client retention through proactive communication and reporting.
  • You wont be executing technical SEO or development work, but you will play a key role in ensuring client satisfaction and internal alignment across all touchpoints.
  • Key Responsibilities: Client Management: Serve as the main point of contact for 4050 clients.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and monitor client satisfaction.
  • Identify churn risks and upsell opportunities.
  • Onboarding: Manage onboarding from sale to handoff within 7 days.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth start.
  • Set clear expectations and build strong first impressions.
  • Reporting & Insights: Deliver monthly reports with clear insights and next steps.
  • Translate technical data into client-friendly language.
  • Flag and escalate client-side issues as needed.
  • Internal Coordination: Ensure deliverables align with client expectations.
  • Follow up with team members to maintain project momentum.
  • Recommend improvements to internal processes and documentation.
  • Qualifications: Proven experience in a client-facing role (ideally within a digital agency).
  • Strong communication skills in American English (written and verbal).
  • High emotional intelligence and client empathy.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • A background understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and website concepts.
  • Confident in handling tough conversations and offering proactive solutions.
  • Familiarity with tools like Slack, Monday.
  • com, Google Suite, and SEO platforms (Ahrefs, Mangools, etc.

  • Nice-to-Haves: Experience managing a large client portfolio (40+ accounts).
  • Exposure to agency-style workflows and client reporting.
  • Comfort using or learning SEO and analytics tools.
  • Background in customer success, account management, or retention strategy.
