  • Our highly energetic and focused Customer Team is dedicated to driving growth for Colgate Palmolive in this ever-changing landscape.
  • What role will you play as a member of the Customer Development Team?Manage sales activities and business management in your area, working throughout the supply chain, promoting collaborative work in partnership with the various areas and departments of the company, ensuring efficient management of its Customers, delivering sustainable and profitable sales growth, actively participating in the implementation of the CIA''s guidelines and strategies both in relation to the exposure and sale of products, as well as the action plans that result in volume and profitability according to the Cia''s general business plan.
  • Monitor competitors'' activities to recommend possible corrective actions in sales plans and policies.
  • **WHAT WILL YOU DO**:**MONITORING AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT**:- Build relationships with key decision makers of the client(s) or RE(s) at regional and/or store level, as well as manage the Clients under their responsibility.
  • - Conducting negotiations and team coaching (Negotiation and implementation of price lists, sell out activities, exhibitions, planograms, promotions, as well as POS execution etc) at regional, office and/or store level.
  • - Implementation and maintenance of Category Management strategies and planograms in partnership with the client(s).
  • - Coordination of special events in collaboration with Shopper Development Manager (Trade Marketing).
  • - Work in partnership with CS&L to track orders, troubleshoot and achieve customer service level KPI.
  • - Work with logistics and demand planning to ensure product availability so that deliveries are punctual and complete.
  • - Monitoring sales and distribution performance of the recommended portfolio for each RE, and mainly ensuring the team''s focus on new products, as well as taking appropriate measures to provide continuous improvement.
  • - Monitor the activities of competitors providing information, which are public, helping the CIA in the definition of strategic plans and decision making.
  • **FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT**- Ensuring that the financial controls of its sales executives are efficient, ensuring their accuracy and being directly involved in monitoring the accounts under their responsibility.
  • - Ensure perfect documentation of all reports and financial evidence ensuring "compliance" with Colgate''s policies.
  • - P&L analysis and investment management to ensure better efficiency and control of the GTN.
  • - Cost management of your team, ensuring better use of resources for CIA operating expenses.
  • **STORE EXECUTION MANAGEMENT**:- Visit stores regularly in order to identify opportunities for improvement, as well as monitor the work of the execution team.
  • - Work with SDM to develop tools, merchandising materials and programs to effectively manage Colgate''s business generating increased sales.
  • - Oversee the consistent and accurate collection of data related to the 5Ps to enable tracking of performance versus objectives.
  • - Solving operational problems at headquarters or regional offices / storesCBP - Demand Planning and Strategic Business Management Process:- Actively participate in the planning process of volumes to be sold as well as pre/post-assessment of investment impacts; - Development of long-term plans (12 months) within a "win-win" concept, seeking to increase sales, volume and profitability, incorporating the clients'' objectives and strategies; - Develop and implement joint business plans with customers in your area; - Update, adapt customerplans to reflect any changes in retail environments and Shopper behavior; **REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS**:- Complete bachelor''s- Advanced English- Experience in the Commercial/Trade Mkt area- Strategic Thinking and Negotiation Skills- Office/Google Package- Advanced knowledge of the entire Supply Chain process- knowledge of the NeoGrid tool- Knowledge of Nielsen conceptsEqual Opportunity Employ
