O que você irá fazer

  • - Analyse and gather all needed information to create a valid Business Case.
  • Make sure Project Time Management is realistic and agreed with Developer, Customers, CSR and other involved parties.
  • Complete all steps with the involved parties- Write or update documentation on EDI processes, procedures and tool tips.
  • - Assures the quality of and supports implementationsMain tasks Support- Monitor EU and NA support Mailbox- Support already implemented EDI projects (resolve EDI documents content issues, implement new requirements, answer customers and CS staff questions,).
  • - Write or update documentation on EDI processes, procedures and tool tips.
  • - Assures the quality, supports implementations and workflow managements (Business processes)- Train CS staff or sales.
  • - User support on many customers portals globally (Esker, Ariba, Coupa, Tungsten, etc.

  • )- Participate in defining and testing of new functionalities as required and directed by Diverseys eBusiness Team Lead in SAP or other SystemsQualifications:- Bachelor in Business management, IT, Project management or equivalent by Experience.
  • - General Knowledge of EDI and SAP SDSC, Sap IDOCS, is a plus.
  • Language Skills- Written and oral communication skills in English is a basic requirementBusiness skills- Customer Orientation, Customer Service experience, Customers transactions / processes- Analytical mindset, able to identify & solve problems, able to drill down for more information- Rigourous (follow process, problem solving techniques, follow up on issues)- Thoroughness (minutieux), detail oriented- Must possess project management skills coupled with good communication skills.
