  • Introduce advanced domestic production technologies and management practices to EMBU Company, promoting system optimization.
  • Summarize EMBUs best practices and share them with the domestic Chinese technical service team.
  • Assist in technical coordination between the technical and operation teams of both sides.
  • Track the progress of system integration, identify issues, and resolve problems.
  • Improve processes and systems related to mine exploitation, production operations, and other relevant areas.

  • Data Collection and Analysis Establish and maintain EMBUs production operation data collection system in line with Huaxin Aggregate''s management requirements, ensuring data accuracy and timeliness.
  • Collect, organize, and analyze EMBUs production operation data.
  • Compare it with data from the domestic parent company and propose improvement suggestions.
  • Generate data reports and visual charts to support decision-making.
  • Assist in implementing Huaxin''s digital control system at EMBU Company.

  • Technical and Resource Support Research the local aggregate equipment and spare parts market in Brazil.
  • Compare it with Chinese suppliers and optimize procurement strategies.
  • Coordinate communication and cooperation between Chinese suppliers and EMBU Company.
  • Track delivery progress and quality to reduce costs.
  • Organize technical exchange meetings between Huaxin Aggregate plants and EMBU Company.
  • Assist EMBU personnel in participating in technical training, and support technical exchanges through document translation.

  • Meeting Support Assist in organizing meetings chaired or attended by the Technical Director, including pre-meeting preparations.
  • Take meeting minutes, summarize discussions, and distribute them promptly.
  • Follow up on the implementation of meeting resolutions.

  • Other Tasks Gather product quality complaint information and coordinate communication.
  • Complete tasks assigned by the Technical Director promptly.
  • Provide translation services and support cross-cultural communication.
  • Facilitate cultural integration activities between China and Brazil.
  • Monitor industry trends and participate in market promotion.
