RECRUITMENT:Giving assistance in all activities such as:CV receiving, filing & controlCandidate registering/ filing of pre-approved candidates for future needs, mainly senior positionsDocument analysisHiring process: all related documentation + registration (employee registry, benefits, policies, etc.
)Document filing (hard/soft copies)Candidate inclusion in TOUCHLOGISTICS:To assist on:All travel arrangementsHotel bookingsShiftings managementTRAINING:To assist on:Logistics (travel, hotel, etc.
as per above)Training matrix controlPLANNING:To assist on:Crew shiftings planning (12 months in advance)Ensure on board crew is in accordance with SMCKeep payroll dept informed about crew shiftings on a weekly basisKeep payroll dept informed about crew members signing on/ signing offEnsure crew general qualification balance among the fleetDOCUMENT CONTROL:To assist on:Updating & fulfillingLIAISON WITH SCHOOLS (CIAGA/ CIABA):To assist on:Attend school events whenever possible/applicable as instructed by the Senior Crewing OfficerCADETSHIP PROGRAM:To assist on:Recruitment processPlanningLogisticsLiaison with schools as directed by the Senior Crewing OfficerREPORTING:To assist on:Senior Crew Officer on reporting as requiredVISAS:To assist on:Senior Crewing Officer in all necessary support in obtaining/maintaining visas as applicableCREWING HR GENERAL TOPICS:To assist on:Daily communication with vesselsEnsure Company''s drug and alcohol policy requirements are followed and measures to be taken prior to the Crew joining the Vessel are properly doneEducation & Experience RequirementsDegree:No Degree RequiredIT and System Requirements:Advanced Computer Skills in Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook#J-18808-Ljbffr
