  • Role Overview A Cook is responsible for preparing and presenting high quality dishes to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience while consistently contributing to departmental targets.
  • What will I be doing? As a Cook, you are responsible for preparing and presenting high quality dishes to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience.
  • You will also prepare all mis-en-place and contribute to departmental targets.
  • Your tasks will include: Prepare and present high quality dishes within company guidelines Keep all working areas clean and tidy and ensure no cross contamination Prepare all mis-en-place for relevant menus Assist other departments and maintain good relationships Report maintenance, hygiene, and hazard issues Comply with security, fire, health, and food safety regulations Strive to achieve departmental targets as part of the team Be environmentally aware What are we looking for? To succeed as a Cook serving Hilton brands, you should embody the following attitude, skills, and values: NVQ Level 1 Positive attitude Good communication skills Ability to work under pressure Ability to work independently or in teams It is advantageous to have the following capabilities: NVQ Level 2 Previous kitchen experience Basic food hygiene What will it be like to work for Hilton?
