O que você irá fazer

  • We are seeking a highly qualified Coupa Consultant to support and enhance Procure-to-Pay and Source-to-Pay processes within our organization.
  • The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience with Coupa Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Supplier Information Management (SIM), and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), as well as expertise in data conversion and integration of Coupa and SAP systems.
  • Knowledge of Brazilian Nota Fiscal processes is essential to ensure compliance with regional regulations.
  • Key Responsibilities: Lead the implementation and optimization of Coupa Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
  • Provide expertise in configuring and utilizing the SIM and CLM modules (CLM preferred).
  • Execute data migration from legacy source systems into Coupa.
  • Ensure compliance with Brazilian Nota Fiscal requirements and processes.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to integrate SAP and Coupa for streamlined Procure-to-Pay workflows.
  • Deliver strategic insights and practical solutions to improve Source-to-Pay efficiencies.
  • Offer training and post-implementation support to stakeholders and end-users.
  • Required Qualifications: Strong experience in implementing Coupa Procure-to-Pay (P2P) solutions.
  • Proficiency in Supplier Information Management (SIM) and familiarity with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) processes (CLM preferred).
  • Proven expertise in managing data conversion from legacy systems into Coupa.
  • Advanced knowledge of Brazilian Nota Fiscal processes.
  • Significant experience integrating SAP and Coupa for Procure-to-Pay workflows.
  • Demonstrated success in Coupa implementation projects, especially in Brazil.
  • Preferred Skills: Problem-solving and analytical capabilities to address complex Source-to-Pay challenges.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • Relevant Details: Location: On site (at the client's office in São Paulo) - in Sao Paulo Morumbi Shopping Brazil Language: English Advanced/Fluent (B2/C1)
