  • Position Summary The position of Country Manager (CM) Brazil will focus on driving sales growth, managing local operations, and implementing our global strategy within the Brazilian market.
  • CM will lead local teams, manage key relationships, and ensure the successful execution of our business plan.
  • Objectives of this role Take responsibility for cash management, investment insurance, budgeting, financial reporting, and help drive the companys financial strategy in relation with the group strategy.
  • This role includes acting as the company''s legal representative.
  • In a context of reorganization and transformation within an international multi-cultural group, develop and implement best practices and tools to ensure a well-controlled yet flexible organization that has strong project coordination, cross-team communications and workflows.
  • Key Responsibilities: Strategy & Growth: Implement Acoem''s global strategy in Brazil, develop local action plans, and drive revenue growth.
  • Sales & Service: Lead sales and service teams, identify new business opportunities, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and ensure profitability.
  • Operations: Manage local operations, ensure compliance with local regulations, and optimize project delivery.
  • Team Leadership : Develop and manage local teams, foster Acoem''s culture, and promote employee growth.
  • Required Skills & Experience: Bachelor''s degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sales and service management experience.
  • Experience in managing a branch or local operations.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Proven experience in leadership/management, preferably in technical operations.
