O que você irá fazer

  • Innovative products, tailor-made solutions and an effective service organisation have made SKAN a market leader and a key partner to industry and research laboratories.
  • -- Overview- As Country Manager at SKAN do Brasil located in São-Paulo you will actively shape the set-up and growth of our company locally and are responsible for managing all operations in Brazil.
  • Furthermore, you act as Accountable Manager for all Service activities in Brazil.
  • - Responsibilities- Located in Brazil you are responsible for setting the strategic goals and implementing business strategies for the Brazil entity in connection with the Headquarter in Switzerland- Responsible for establishing a service team in Brazil and its success- Identify business opportunities, potential partners, markets, and competition in correlation with our main pharmaceutical market- Manage financial budgets, expenses and resources to ensure cost-effectiveness, profitability and sustainability of business operations- Monitor the performance of the entity and report to the Head office in Switzerland- Recruit, train and manage staff in Brazil- Negotiating contracts, integrating local operations and developing corporate structures- Hardskills- Bachelors degree or higher in business management or a related field is essential- Proven experience as Country Manager or similar role- Experienced Teamleader- Proven experience in developing successful service business, service activities, life-cycle engineering, aftersales or similar- Track record in setting up a business in Brazil- Strong knowledge of the Brazilian market conditions and business practices and preferably pharmaceutical market- Strong financial and business acumen- Proficiency in English and Portuguese- Ability to adapt to a multicultural environment- Softskills- Solution oriented thinking and approach - acting as a Leader- High level of commitment and responsibility as well as high customer orientation- Flexibility and willingness to keep learning- Great team-player- Ability to adapt with humility and resilience- Good interpersonal communicator- Openness to and interest in working in a global environment- We offer you- An open and collegial corporate culture- Great global team to work and move forward with- Possibility to make a positive contribution to setting up a business in Brazil- Freedom and room for ideas- Support through further training, especially at our SKAN Academy in Switzerland- Please be kindly informed that only CVs in English can be accepted; for questions please contact Angelika Läuchli.
