  • The Customer Service Account Manager (CSAM) plays a key role in managing and developing customer relationships.
  • They are responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing needs related to spare parts, services, and technical support, acting as the main interface between the customer and the company.

  • Support the commercial team with information and analysis related to customer activity, sales performance, and service trends.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing customer service processes and performance.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures as well as customer agreements.
  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in customer service, account management, or after-sales roles, preferably in the industrial or manufacturing sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and customer-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English; Spanish is a plus.
