  • Follow the instructions given by the Finance Controller.
  • Control storage house requests, as well as kitchen and F&B requests and stocks.
  • Ensure facility regulations are followed for purchasing, acceptance of goods, and storage.
  • Share information with management about planning and controls related to the F&B department and kitchen section.
  • Control end-of-month inventories and enter them into the system.
  • Inspect the main storage houses.
  • Prepare accounting information related to F&B and recognize them accordingly.
  • Present financial and statistical data to seniors at specified intervals.
  • Control all requests and adjust quantities to keep stocks at minimum levels.
  • Control prices for requests, ensuring goods are accepted according to instructions, with correct quantity, quality, and prices.
  • Verify delivery against signed documents.
  • Review and control all invoices, checking quantities and prices against orders.
  • Prepare inventory lists for all food and beverages in stock and monthly storage house lists.
  • Control end-of-month counts in storage houses.
  • Control end-of-month food and beverage counts and enter data into the system.
  • Coordinate inventory activities at month-end, make corrections, and prepare consumption reports for approval by the Finance Controller.
  • Identify and update purchasing conditions, seeking lower market prices.
  • Prepare financial and statistical reports as per the reporting schedule.
  • Provide training related to cost control.
  • Perform end-of-month and end-of-year transactions on the MC programme for cost control, storage, goods acceptance, and purchasing.
  • Work with IT and vendors to upload new reports as needed.
  • Perform duties diligently, contributing positively to the overall F&B department and increasing profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with quality management systems.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by managers and hotel management that are not specified here.
  • QualificationsEducation: At least a vocational high school diploma.
  • An undergraduate degree is an asset.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of work experience after an associate degree.
  • No experience required for undergraduate degrees.
  • Foreign Language: Intermediate level English or higher.
  • Computer Literacy: MS Office applications, MC knowledge.
  • Special Qualifications: Knowledge of relevant legislation, practices, and systems.
  • Ability to perform interconnected actions aimed at specific targets and to execute sequential activities related to each other.
