O que você irá fazer

  • The role includes forecasting and analyzing financial results, enhancing lookahead culture, and ensuring project financial consistency and alignment with corporate policies.
  • Job DescriptionEstablish the Project Budget based on Tender Handover information.
  • Support Package Managers with financial analyses such as LOP forecast.
  • Estimate total forecasts, including quantities, costs, revenues, currencies, and expected outcomes.
  • Prepare project LOP forecasts, anticipate deviations, and support mitigation plans and decision-making processes.
  • Conduct project performance analysis.
  • Generate monthly internal Project Management Reviews (PMR).
  • Approve standard commitments and vendor/subcontractor invoices per system workflow.
  • Manage a team of up to 10 Project Controllers.
  • Support VOR & CSA preparation.
  • Prepare monthly cash flow forecasts.
  • Ensure cost accounting reconciliation.
  • Forecast project P&L (revenue/gross margin) by quarter, collaborating with packages, PCM, and providers.
  • Monitor project financial results, including revenue recognition, accruals, and backlog.
  • Prepare consolidated financial statements for multi-entity projects.
  • Prepare actual and forecasted cash flows per entity and currency.
  • Oversee project hedging operations and ensure monthly hedge account processes.
  • Comply with SOX, IFRS15, and perform contract and balance sheet reviews.
  • Respond to internal controls and external audits.
  • Coordinate with REMS and unify revenue recognition across entities.
  • Support project teams on financial topics and assist with tax-related issues.
  • Ensure project financial data aligns with corporate standards and improve feedback and estimation tools.
  • Prepare close-out reports for future contract and proposal improvements.
  • Qualifications- Masters/Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent.
  • - Experience in finance, financial controlling, and ERP systems.
  • - Fluent in English.
  • - Strong knowledge of IFRS standards, especially IAS 11, 18, 21, 32, 39.
  • - Solid understanding of accounting concepts.
  • - Ability to work independently and in teams.
