RESPONSIBILITIES:Actively calls on clients to deepen relationships and proactively owns, respondsto, uncovers and anticipates future needs, challenges or risks and expectations; Serves as clients'' contact point and is responsible for managing internaldepartments to address any customer service issues; Introduces solutions to clients in building and strengthening an effectiveportfolio; And customized solutionsthat meet clients- individual needs; Works closely with Case Manager on the on-boarding and retention of clients,ensuring the appropriate -Know Your Client- (KYC) and other compliancedeliverables are met; Identifies cross-sell opportunities to deepen and increase share of wallet; Drives innovation in thesolutions we provide clients and further developing ourbusiness where necessary and appropriateSupports the Senior Relationship Managers in structuring deals that balance riskand reward; Maximizes client experience by proactive sharing markets updates, trend andintelligence; Assists Senior Relationship Manager or Team Leader in in the research andidentification of prospective clients; Networks with clients toidentify avenues for new business opportunitiesPrepares /oversees new transaction submissions & annual reviews for the submissionto the in-business credit lending management and independent risk departmentActively protects Citi-s assetsand reputation by being the first line of defensefrom credit risk management perspectiveEnsures compliance with regulatory requirements and Citi''s policies / guidelinesat all timesQUALIFICATIONS:5-8 years of experienceSound knowledge of banking and investment products and process as well as a trackrecord of providing sound banking and financial advice and solutions to clientsDemonstrates core credit skillsDemonstrates an intermediate level of Early Warning Detection skillsDemonstrates ability to close deals and proficiently manage the credit originationprocess, gather and maintain credit documentation and monitor accountsDemonstrates advanced understanding of accounting principles, financial modelingand statement analysisAbility to work effectively in team settingExcellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skillsA self-starter, with positive/can-do approach, embraces changes and is bold; High level of energy, enthusiasm and motivationHighly focused, able to rapidly determine key priorities, clearly communicate theprioritiesAggressive and hungry for creating new business opportunities with existingclients and able to demonstrate innovative approaches to meeting clients'' needs.
