Responsibilities:Plan and coordinate the activities of the led teams, establishing and managing metrics related to deadlines, quality, and performance, in alignment with the company''s strategic planning.
Evaluate team performance and ensure the achievement of operational and financial process results.
Audit and monitor safety inspections to promote Occupational Safety and Health, as well as workers'' quality of life.
Qualifications:Complete Higher Education in Architecture or Engineering.
Post-graduation in related areas.
Experience in executing Corporate Construction projects.
Experience in team management.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, with emphasis on MS Project.
Desirable knowledge in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit.
