  • Position Description & Responsibilities: This position is to work with one of the most important brands of our current portfolio.
  • This person will support the preparation for the launch of a new indication and will report directly to the Brand Manager.
  • The Coordinator will partner with medical, sales and other cross-functional teams to drive the new indication launch market strategy development and implementation.
  • Activities: Customer Solutions: Create solutions to meet customer needs such as meetings, materials, dialogue models.
  • Ability to develop and deliver integrated offerings that create meaningful connection and remarkable experiences for customers, while driving business results.
  • Communication development: Develop effective campaigns and messages (communications) that reach the appropriate customer groups and accomplish a well-designed result.
  • Launch Readiness/Customer Plans Development Action Plan Development and Implementation Sales Force Engagement and Training KOL Engagement Forecasting Support/conduct Market Research and Advisory Boards Support Launch Preparation and readiness assessment Budgeting and internal operations Agency And Business Partner Relationships: Collaborate with our creative agency and other external business partners to achieve brand development and customer experience goals Corporate presentations (in Portuguese and English) Transferable Skills: In addition to core marketing competencies, candidates will need to build their competences on: Cross Functional leadership - collaborate across Medical, Sales and other functional groups in order to bring the plan to market.
