O que você irá fazer

  • Position: Regional Sales Manager | Commercial Leadership | Expansion & Growth About the Role The candidate will be responsible for ensuring customer service and product sales, maintaining operational activities across stores, achieving company goals, following internal process flows, and developing and engaging the team to execute the strategic plan.
  • Responsibilities: Ensure operational excellence and results in assigned stores, aiming to meet established objectives.
  • Develop, motivate, and monitor team performance.
  • Track, analyze, and manage commercial results and performance indicators to meet targets.
  • Ensure compliance with processes.
  • Maintain store systems and resolve issues.
  • Oversee product demonstrations, trials, and sales through strategic customer service.
  • Engage the team through close supervision, individual and group conversations, recognition, engagement analysis, and feedback.
  • Supervise store standards and processes to ensure proper functioning.
  • Set, monitor, and achieve individual and store goals through daily analysis of commercial and customer satisfaction indicators.
  • Manage financial performance of the stores, suggesting improvements to meet objectives.
  • Guide and supervise staff to promote customer satisfaction and loyalty through personalized service both in-store and online.
  • Participate in hiring and termination processes through interviews and other HR procedures.
