  • Job Description WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING: Are you passionate about culinary arts and eager to advance your career on a world-class platform? Join our award-winning hotels kitchen team and elevate your culinary skills! Prepare and cook food, plate, and present dishes across all culinary departments (Outlets, Banquets, In-Room Dining, Employee Dining) Maintain kitchen cleanliness and adhere to food safety standards Manage stock levels and order supplies as needed Provide professional, friendly, and proactive guest service while supporting team members Perform any other assigned tasks Physical aspects of the position include but are not limited to: Constant standing and walking during shifts Frequent lifting and carrying up to 20 lbs Occasional kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting Occasional use of ladders, stairs, and ramps Qualifications YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS INCLUDE: Creativity and passion for food and customer service Flexibility to work any shift, including holidays, weekends, mornings, afternoons, and evenings Ability to perform well under pressure Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; a team player Previous culinary experience required Journeymans papers or international equivalent are advantageous Culinary diploma certification is an asset Strong problem-solving skills and interpersonal abilities Ability to stay calm and courteous while focusing on guest needs Mandatory State & Federal Food Handlers certification Additional Information WHAT IS IN IT FOR YOU: Hourly Rate Range: $26.
