  • Responsibilities include: Participate in food preparation at a professional level, adhering to hygiene standards and Novotel brand expectations.
  • Design and prepare Indian-style food offerings.
  • Work in both breakfast and hot food areas.
  • Qualifications High proficiency in Indian cuisine.
