O que você irá fazer

  • You will be responsible for developing and executing actions as well as analyzing and generating insights from different data sources to understand how users behave online, with a view to improving website conversion rates.
  • They will use A/B and multi-variant testing to find the best way to generate more conversions.
  • You will work in a multidisciplinary and international team, having the opportunity to participate in major projects, propose new ideas, conduct tests, learn, develop and celebrate each and every achievement!**Main responsibilities**:- Track website browsing behavior, identify opportunities for improvement and recommend ongoing optimizations through AB / MVT testing, heatmaps and user session recording using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Optimize, Google Tag Manager, Hotjar, FullStory, Mixpanel, Segment, Crazy Egg, and PageSpeed Insights; - Use the data to identify insights to inform hypotheses and test ideas; - Conceptualize and execute experiment initiatives and implementations of performance optimization and user experience strategies to generate more conversions on the website; - Dene the KPIs of experiments, analyze AB / MVT test results, identify trends related to key audiences involved and create documentation with learnings; - Identify critical drop-off points, especially in contact and account creation forms, and suggest improvements in order to generate more conversions; - Interface with the Performance, SEO, Content, Product and Development teams to create action plans; - Ensure the correct useof CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) techniques inferring technology and measurement challenges; - Benchmark and analyze competitors'' digital offerings, combos, communications, and consumer behavior.
  • **Minimum qualifications**:- Digital Marketing experience, with a focus on continuous experience and conversion optimization (UX, CRO, sales funnel optimization); - Solid knowledge in Google Optimize, Hotjar, Google Analytics and PageSpeed Insights tools; - Experience with AB / MVT test development and conversion form optimization; - Data Driven - You mustlike numbers and be familiar with data, and must be able to perform analysis independently, generating insights and proposing improvements; - Analytical and critical thinking; - Motivated by constant challenges; - Creative thinking to make quick and effective decisions; - Advanced English (willwork together with North American product team).
  • **Desirable qualifications**:- Knowledge in Segment, Mixpanel, FullStory, and Crazy Egg tools; - Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot); - Experience in the B2B market; - Knowledge of the B2B sales funnel; - Experience in the technology industry; - Intermediate/advanced Spanish; - Experience in performance agencies.
