  • Purpose of the role Manage site controlling activities for Sao Paulo, Brazil Support the local controlling network with relevant information Ensure full integration of finance into operations Support site-level projects Actively participate in and challenge decision-making processes Core Responsibilities Analyze financial information for management and stakeholders, including Group, Division, Regional, and Functional Controlling teams Participate in site operations meetings to enhance financial visibility and support site activities Manage costing activities and analyze COGS periodically Contribute to process and cost improvement projects, such as Supply Chain and Continuous Improvement initiatives Assist in developing and analyzing business plans, budgets, forecasts, and cost-saving strategies Support month-end financial closing processes Review P&L analyses, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions Manage the annual site budget process Collaborate with engineers and regional controllers on capital proposals and value realization Ensure compliance with Corporate Finance guidelines Technical Skills Proficiency in SAP FI/CO Advanced Excel skills Knowledge of costing processes Project management capabilities Strong business acumen Primary Qualifications Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a professional accountancy qualification Over 7 years of controlling/finance experience in manufacturing Benefits Medical and Dental plans for you and dependents Life Insurance Additional benefits to be shared later Reports to Regional Operations Controller Operationally to the respective Operations Controlling organization At Givaudan, you contribute to delightful taste and scent experiences that touch lives.
