O que você irá fazer

  • The ideal candidate should be analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of supporting financial operations across the Americas.
  • Key Responsibilitie Support accounting activities for operations across the Americas, ensuring compliance with local and international accounting standards (IFRS) Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and ensure accuracy of reported results Assist in the development and documentation of accounting policies and internal controls Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure proper financial reporting and process alignment Support the month-end and year-end closing processes, including preparing supporting schedules and documentation Participate in audits (internal and external) by providing necessary information and documentation Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and efficiency in accounting processes .
  • Job Requiremen Bachelor''s degree in Accounting with active CPA registration (CRC in Brazil) Large experience in accounting .
  • Solid knowledge of IFRS and local accounting principle Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
  • Experience in preparing financial reports and supporting budget processes.
  • Preferred Qualifications Experience with financial systems and accounting software Previous experience working in a multinational company or accounting firm (Big 4) Experience with ERP platforms (e.
