  • They build a true SaaS-in-a-box platform that will unleash growth for subscription businesses all the way from startup through IPO.
  • What were looking for We are looking for a hands-on, consultative onboarding specialist who will play a key role in guiding new customers from contract signature to full operational setup on our clients platform.
  • This role focuses on helping customers configure their accounts, migrate historical data, and gain financial insights.
  • The Implementation Consultant provides expertise on the product suite to ensure that clients achieve their desired business outcomes efficiently and become enthusiastic advocates of it.
  • Responsibilities Customer Onboarding: Serve as the main point of contact for new customers during onboarding, assisting them in account configuration, training, and addressing complex operational needs.
  • Data Migration Expertise: Act as a data expert to help clients migrate and cleanse historical data from disparate systems into the platform, including in-depth analysis and preparation of financial transaction data.
  • Reporting and Analytics Guidance: Support customers in creating financial clarity by guiding them through business performance analysis using the platform analytics tools.
  • Product Expertise: Provide deep expertise on the platform financial and operational solutions, including subscription analytics, revenue recognition, invoicing, and payment processes.
  • Customer Accountability: Drive customer accountability to complete onboarding projects in a timely manner, ensuring smooth transitions and effective use of the platform.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Establish new customers as enthusiastic by delivering a positive and high-value onboarding experience.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously improve onboarding practices, sharing insights and learning to optimize processes for customer success.
  • Job Skills & Qualifications Required 2+ years in a customer-facing role , such as account management or implementation, preferably at a SaaS company.
  • 2+ years of experience managing projects and leading meetings via web conference and phone.
  • 2+ years of experience with data manipulation and cleansing , with a preference for those who have worked with large data sets.

  • Takes complete ownership of projects with a strong attention to detail .
  • Capable of managing multiple onboarding projects with poise and focus.
  • Demonstrates systematic troubleshooting abilities with a keen eye for detail.
  • Shows a technical inclination with a desire to develop software expertise.
  • Eager to learn, grow, and adapt within a dynamic company environment.
  • Displays a proactive, results-driven approach with a commitment to meeting customer and market needs.
  • Motivated to make a critical impact on customers and directly contribute to company success.
  • Nice to have Experience in implementing B2B SaaS solutions or integrating workflows across multiple B2B SaaS products is preferred.
  • Experience in a recurring revenue business with a background in accounting or finance is highly valued.
  • Others English Level: Fluent (C1/C2) is mandatory .
  • Reside in Buenos Aires or nearby.
  • Occasional travel may be required for customer meetings or team events.
