O que você irá fazer

  • The role will also require focusing on maintaining and crafting clarity around a coordinated view of the status and health of the client projects by developing independent, objective, accurate, clear and concise reporting.
  • **Responsibilities**:- Be the interface of REFINITIV to the clients and lead the clients expectations during the project execution stage.
  • - Assume a leadership role in the implementation of e-commerce solutions and Enterprise Platform projects.
  • Generate the work plan and all the documentation of the project together with the Integration, Architecture and Development consultants, customer workflow, compilation of customer requirements, integration of solutions, configuration and installation of systems, training, and quality assurance- Handles one or more technical solution projects that relate to critical business goals for the global business partners- Be involved in the pre-sales process to ensure the solution has reasonable scope and cost estimate- Develops and supervises detailed project plans, including schedules, resource plans, communication plans, risk mitigation plans and issue resolution plans- Lead the financial aspects of the project to ensure the profit- Track and resolve issues across multiple LSEG/Refinitiv and client work streams involved in the project.
  • - Proactively identify and provide mitigation plans for any potential risks to the projects overall success.
  • - Develop a professional rapport with the internal and client project teams that you collaborate with and maintain an excellent level of client satisfaction.
  • - Report status of the projects using various MS office tools to present the appropriate level of detail based on the target audience.
  • - May act as primary work with the client regarding deliverables, change requests, and sign-off on status and requirements.
  • - Experience in the financial services sector (Banks) implementing treasury solutions, e-commerce solutions, risk management solutions (Desirable)- Knowledge of financial markets and understanding of business requirements, the ability to work in a demanding environment to meet customer deadlines is a plus.
  • Preferred skills:- Strong organization, interpersonal, & communication skills- Shown ability to engage a wide range of partners in a matrix organization- excellent analytical problem-solving skills- Experience in Software Development Life Cycle(s)- Agile development experience is a plus- Proactive personality and proven leadership skills- Experience in partnering with internal & external team members- Strong oral and written communication skills- +5 years of Project Management experience in customer on-site implementations.
  • - Use of Microsoft Project, key requirement or other PM Management tool.
