This is a remote position with a CLT contract, offering flexibility, stability, and the opportunity to work with a global brand.
?? What You’ll DoDevelop and execute localized content seeding strategies, identifying key subreddits and crafting smart engagement plans.
Curate and create content tailored to specific communities (text, image, and video), ensuring tone and authenticity.
Actively engage with communities, seeding content to drive organic growth and meaningful interactions.
Monitor trends and emerging topics within your market and ensure relevant representation on the platform.
Analyze seeding performance and deliver data-driven insights to improve strategy and impact.
? Must-HavesProfessional fluency in both Portuguese and English (written and spoken).
Previous experience working with communities on social networks like Reddit, TikTok, or YouTube.
Strong grasp of local trends, internet behavior, and cultural nuance in your market.
Ability to create and adapt engaging content across formats and audiences.
? Bonus PointsBackground as a moderator or community manager.
Experience managing or contributing to niche or regional online communities.
