  • Perform tasks assigned by the Executive Chef or Chef de Partie, adhering to standards.
  • Carry out miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
  • Follow procedures and maintain clear records at all times.
  • Exceed guest expectations in quality and service of food products.
  • Report any matters affecting the interests of ACCOR to Management.
  • Oversee or facilitate the functioning of the F&B Services Department or other hotel departments as required by circumstances and the General Manager.
  • Key ResponsibilitiesPeople ManagementSupport the team to provide effective and efficient services.
  • Exceed guest expectations in food quality and service.
  • Collaborate with staff in each section for proper equipment use and task completion.
  • Maintain personal grooming and hygiene standards.
  • Coordinate with Catering and Stewarding Departments to achieve event objectives and maintain standards.
  • Financial ManagementUse resources optimally and cost-effectively.
  • Assist with stock take and stock rotation.
  • Monitor operations to minimize wastage and ensure cost-effectiveness and profitability.
  • Operational ManagementAdhere to recipes, methods, and instructions from the Executive Chef / Chef de Partie.
  • Maintain hygiene standards and ensure food quality in presentation and preparation.
  • Produce, prepare, and present food items to the highest standards.
  • Maintain grooming, hygiene, and conduct standards.
  • Coordinate with other departments for operational efficiency.
  • Prevent use of contaminated products.
  • Keep kitchen areas, equipment, and utensils clean and standards-compliant.
  • Follow hotel policies and procedures.
  • Handle additional responsibilities as delegated by management.
  • Health & Safety ResponsibilitiesMaintain safe working conditions following Accor policies.
  • Ensure staff are familiar with fire and evacuation procedures.
  • Report hazards and incidents promptly and investigate appropriately.
  • Implement policies on harassment and bullying prevention.
  • Provide and maintain protective clothing and equipment.
  • Report accidents and incidents accurately and promptly.
  • Train staff for safe work practices.
  • Support injured workers and review safety policies annually.
  • Keep safety records up to date and ensure visitor procedures are followed.
