O que você irá fazer

  • This role will be pivotal in driving sales performance, managing key client negotiations, and leading both offline and digital commercial strategies to strengthen our market presence and accelerate growth.
  • The ideal candidate is an experienced sales leader with a strong understanding of the luxury beauty market, has a deep commercial knowledge, and is passionate about innovation in digital sales and omnichannel development.
  • Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development Lead and oversee all commercial activities regarding wholesale, e-commerce and e-retail sales across Brazil.
  • Define, implement, and monitor sales targets and KPIs, ensuring consistent business growth in line with brand objectives.
  • Identify new market opportunities and develop strategic plans to expand customer base and brand footprint.
  • Client & Account Management Build and maintain strong relationships with clientes like Sephora, Opaque, Luxe and Fragrance.
  • Lead sell in & stocks management by client, door and sku focused on best availability of products.
  • Lead high-level negotiations to secure favorable terms and long-term partnerships through annual, quarterly and monthly meetings.
  • Collaborate closely with distribution and retail partners to ensure brand integrity and premium customer experience.
  • Supply Chain Lead all the supply chain activities including, logistics, transportation, fulfillment of own stores, demand planning and importation.
  • Identify new cost optimization, both in terms of value, time and business contributionDigital Sales & Strategy Develop and execute a digital sales strategy through e-commerce and e-retailers aligned with global and regional goals.
  • Partner with Marketing and CRM/Media to optimize online performance, including product availability, pricing, campaigns, and customer journey.
  • Commercial Strategy & Planning Design and implement short- and long-term commercial strategies focused on distribution elevation and productivity increase.
  • Manage commercial budget, forecasting, and investment plans to drive profitable growth.
  • Leadership & Team Management Lead and inspire a high-performing commercial team, providing guidance, development, and performance management.
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Retail, Digital, Finance, and Supply Chain teams.
  • Qualifications & Experience: Bachelors degree in Business or related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 8+ years of experience in sales, commercial management, or business development, preferably within the luxury, beauty, or fashion sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of the Brazilian retail and digital landscape, including key players and market trends.
  • Outstanding analytical capability and strategic thinker with a hands-on approach.
  • Proven success in leading negotiations and managing key accounts.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English; French is a plus.
  • Ability to travel 30% of the time.
