O que você irá fazer

  • The main objectives of the Sales Manager will be to lead discussions and implement actions aimed at improving the brand''s performance with retailers through effective strategies, building a consistent Business Plan, and collaborating with partners.
  • The Sales Manager will oversee all stages of the sales chain, including Sell-in and Sell-out, and will be responsible for leading the point-of-sale team with support from an agency.
  • Responsibilities:Develop and implement sales strategies for each retail partner, identify growth opportunities, and manage the commercial annual budget.
  • Monitor KPIs regularly, proactively optimize strategies, and make necessary adjustments.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to facilitate negotiations and foster long-term partnerships, adhering to Ethics & Compliance policies.
  • Conduct weekly and bi-weekly performance reviews and plan solutions to continuously improve results.
  • Plan and forecast inventory needs, analyze stock levels, and manage sell-in to maintain a healthy product portfolio, including the timely introduction of launches and offers.
  • Hold weekly touchpoints with the sales team.
  • Ensure monthly sales objectives are met by coordinating with responsible teams on marketing, merchandising, and strategic initiatives.
  • Work with the sales force to reduce turnover by developing motivated, knowledgeable, and productive Beauty Consultants.
