  • Commercial ManagerThe Commercial Manager has direct responsibility for the entire commercial business among Online Retailers and Marketplace platforms in the region.
  • The individual will report directly to the Commercial Director.
  • This individual will be accountable for achieving sales targets and campaigns, maximizing and improving retail journeys and sales, and handling administrative duties of the position.
  • This individual is responsible for maintaining and growing existing relationships with key Partners.
  • The Commercial Manager is the point person for all customer relations and sales aspects.
  • This individual must be an expert on the PlayStation brand and product line and be familiar with competitive products, industry trends, and the retail environment.
  • Key Responsibilities:Deeply understand how theonline and marketplace channelsoperate, including margins, consumer journey, retail and commercial processes.
  • Develop thestrategic and tactical approachfor the marketplace channel, ensuring alignment with PlayStations commercial goals.
  • Lead relationships with key marketplace platforms, preferablyMercado Livre and Shopee , ensuring best-in-class execution and sustainable growth.
  • Develop comprehensive retail activity and promotional calendars tailored to each retail and marketplace account.
  • Maximize the effectiveness of all PlayStation software and hardware launches by negotiating retail support at the point of sale and across all applicable advertising vehicles.
  • Determine and guarantee placement of the appropriate product mix for each account, tailoring the mix to the strengths and characteristics of each retailer and marketplace.
  • Ongoing negotiation of additional floor and retail share, interactive placements, and promotions.
  • Plan and execute all product transitions and price adjustments acrossonline and marketplace accounts .
  • Maintain consistently healthy inventory levels to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Develop and manage the annualretail and marketplace marketing & promotional budget .
  • Conduct weekly analysis of sell-through and other market/account data and present strategic recommendations based on that analysis.
  • Conduct weekly or bi-weekly face-to-face meetings with each retail buyer and marketplace representatives to ensure the maximization of sales.
  • Requirements:7+ years experience in sales and management, preferably in consumer electronics or a related field.
  • Proven experience working with marketplace platforms (preferably Mercado Livre and Shopee) , with a strong understanding of their operational dynamics, promotional tools, and commercial processes.
  • People management experience and substantial general knowledge of merchandising, branding, sales analysis, and retail advertising.
  • Highly organized, resourceful, strategic, and results-oriented.
  • Undergraduate degree in sales, marketing, or communication required, or equivalent related experience.
  • Bilingual (Portuguese and English) preferred.
