  • About the team/roleWe are looking for a dynamic, organized, and results-driven Commercial Training Manager who is passionate about empowering our sales team.

  • Identifying Training Gaps: Conducting ongoing assessments to identify technical and skill gaps across different sales profiles and design targeted training programs to address these needs.
  • Leading the Training Team: Overseeing a team responsible for creating a holistic and standardized training program for the sales force, ensuring consistent quality and delivery.
  • Developing Leadership and Management Skills: Building and implementing a leadership development model to enhance the management capabilities of the sales leadership team.
  • Acting as a Change Driver: Serving as a key agent in leading cultural transformation initiatives within the sales team to foster an innovative and agile environment.
  • Preparing Annual Training Plans and Budget: Designing and managing the yearly training calendar, ensuring alignment with business goals, while maintaining control over the training budget.
  • Monitoring Training Effectiveness: Periodically assessing the success, effectiveness, and impact of the training programs, providing detailed reports on progress and impact.
  • Staying Updated on Training Trends: Keeping abreast of the latest trends, methodologies, and best practices in training to continuously improve the programs and adapt to evolving needs.
  • Continuous Training Needs Analysis: Maintaining open communication with operational teams to identify and respond to new training needs arising from technological, operational, or market changes.
  • Developing and Updating Training Programs: Designing flexible and adaptive training formats (such as microlearning, quick sessions, and online courses) to ensure accessible and efficient learning.
  • Providing Real-Time Support for Operational Needs: Coordinating with cross-functional teams to address urgent training requirements that arise from day-to-day operations without disrupting workflows.
  • Collaborating with Cross-Functional Teams: Acting as a strategic partner, anticipating future skills requirements and aligning training initiatives with broader business innovation strategies.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Education, Pedagogy, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in Learning & Development, with a focus on building and executing training programs.
  • 5+ years of experience working directly with LMS platforms (e.

  • , managing content, tracking progress, reporting).
  • 3+ years of experience leading a training team in a high-growth or fast-paced environment.
  • Proven experience creating training strategies and solutions for teams across different regions or countries.
  • Experience with leadership development programs, building leadership skills for mid-level and senior sales managers.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders to align training programs with business objectives.
  • Strong background in sales training, at least 2 years with a deep understanding of sales processes and performance optimization strategies.
  • Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and accurate.
  • Excellent communicator with strong presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a strong ability to align training with business goals.
  • Very strong organization skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
