O que você irá fazer

  • We are a leading company committed to excellence and innovation, seeking a talented Senior Recruiter to support our growth.
  • Job Overview: Enhance our Talent Acquisition function by developing and implementing talent programs within an assigned business unit or department.
  • Support management teams across Latam countries to attract and hire top talent efficiently.
  • Key Responsibilities:Source, select, and hire qualified candidates, internal or external.
  • Leverage TA tools to present top talent.
  • Write and post job advertisements.
  • Review applications and conduct competency-based interviews.
  • Coordinate job advertising and attend job fairs.
  • Build relationships with colleges, universities, and organizations.
  • Conduct compensation analysis and make salary proposals.
  • Provide coaching and counseling to business leaders.
  • Manage recruitment-related projects and compliance.
  • Ensure timely provision of employee-related information.
  • Stay updated on market trends and coordinate salary offers.
  • Basic Qualifications:Bachelor''s Degree required in Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields.
  • Excellent command of English (written/spoken).
  • Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in a staffing function as a recruiter or a combination of recruiter and specialist experience.
  • Extensive knowledge of recruitment legislation.
  • Good command of MS Office and previous experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) like Workday, Taleo.
  • Other Requirements:Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
  • Exceptional problem-solving, judgment, and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a matrix environment.
  • Strong presentation, influencing, and coaching skills.
  • Analysis of market trends.
  • High degree of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and plan routine activities.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers, and clients.
